The main rotors momentarily cut out on numerous occasions; this led me to believe that the radio has a shorter-than-usual range; but closer observations
revealed two things to cause me to believe that it was something else:
1: Some of the cut-outs occurred just a matter of several feet (a meter or two) from me.
2: The white LED forward light winked out simultaneously with the motor cut-outs.
This shows that the most likely cause is an intermittent connection somewhere in the main electrical powewr bus; possibly a faulty connector, a loose wire,
or a dodgy solder connection on the circuit board.
