I've only reviewed approx. eleven (11) LED wristwatches prior to this, so please bear with me here.
You might remember LED wristwatches from the 1970s, heck, you might still have one.
The Waterproof Red LED Digital Silicone Sport Wristwatch (hereinafter, probably called simply an, "LED watch" or an, "LED wristwatch") is an LED watch that features a large display comprised of seven-segment LED "readouts"
It can display the time & date like other digital watches, it also displays seconds if you require that feature, and it has a plastic band.
SIZE (it's the one on the left}
The LED wristwatch comes ready to use right out of the bag. You may need to set the time & date - but is otherwise ready to go right away.
To read the time, press & release the button on the lower portion of the watch face. A brief animation will be displayed, the time will be displayed for five5½ seconds, a brief animation again displays, and then the LEDs will automatically extinguish.
To read the date, press & release the button on the lower portion of the watch face twice in fairly quick succession. A brief animation will be displayed, the date will be displayed for 5½ seconds, a brief animation again displays, and then the LEDs will automatically extinguish.
To read the seconds, press & release the button on the lower portion of the watch face three times in fairly quick succession. The seconds will be displayed for 5½ seconds, a brief animation again displays, and then the LEDs will automatically extinguish.
The display will remain on (from beginning to end) for 7.05 seconds (timed with a stopwatch)
You may need to use a sharp razor blade or a sharp pair of scissors to resize the band to fit your wrist.
Remove the watch from your wrist, and turn it upside-down.
Using a small Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four screws holding the base on. You need not actually unscrew them to the point of where they fall off, just unscrew them *ALMOST* to that point.
Lift off the back, walk over to the dustbin (garbage can), throw it in, then tie off the bin liner (plastic garbage bag), carry it outside, drop it into the wheelie bin (wheeled outdoor garbage can), roll the wheelie bin to the curb, and wait for garbage day so that the dustman (garbage man) dumps the wheelie bin into his dustcart (garbage truck) and drives away...O WAIT!!! YOU'LL NEED THAT!!! So just set it aside instead.
Remove the depleted LR1225 coin cell, and dispose of it properly.
Insert a new LR1225 lithium coin cell into the chamber, orienting it so that its button-end (-) negative faces down.
Screw the back plate on, set the time & date, and be done with it.
Aren't you glad that you didn't throw away that back plate and screws now?
Because this is a watch and not a flashlight, I won't try to flush it down the poddy, stomp on it with old or used golf shoes, viciously throw it into one of those wall-mounted porcelain uranators to see if it becomes broken (the uranator, not the wristwatch), smack it against a steel rod, run over it with my Quickie motorised wheelchair, or perform other potentially destructive tests on it that might be performed on a flashlight.
This watch is said to be waterproof, but the depth rating is not stated (the back of the watch does indicate that it is submersible to 3 atmospheres but I'll have to look that up to find out how deep that is).
(Looks like 30 meters {98.43 feet})
As a wristwatch, I think it's quite nice. And to see real live LEDs in it, that's even better. I love LEDs and things made with them, and this watch is no exception.
This wristwatch uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) of its LED display to help prolong the life of its battery.
That is to say, the segments of its display are rapidly turned on and off; the speed at which this occurs is high enough though that the display appears to be lit continuously to the human eye.
The display isn't very bright; if you work outdoors and prefer LED wristwatches to analogue or LCD watches, you may wish to use a different LED watch
Does this eval. look an awful lot like the one I made for this product?
Thought that you'd say so.
That's because this watch is functionally very similar, so I could use its evaluation as a template for this one.

The watch was waved about fairly rapidly while this pic was being taken in order to capture it.

Spectrographic analysis of the LEDs in this watch; spectrometer's response narrowed to a band between 615nm and 635nm to pinpoint peak wavelength, which is 625.680nm.

TEST NOTES:
Test unit was purchased on Ebay on 11-18-20; and was received on the morning of 11-21-20.
UPDATE: 12-24-20
Watch fell off my wrist unnoticed on 12-22-20 and is now lost.
I have a pretty good idea of where it might have fallen off, but when I checked and then double-checked the area that I think that it fell off in, it was nowhere to be found. "Methinks" that somebody walking on the sidewalk where I think I lost saw the watch and subsequently kyped it.
Therefore, the new (but still dreadful), "" will be appended to its listings on this website.
UPDATE: 12-26-20
I found the watch under my computer chair, so I once again have it at my disposal for future testing, analyses, and comparisons.
