This is a household light bulb designed to be screwed into a standard E-26 (medium screw base) light socket, and powered directly from 110 to 130 volts AC 60Hz.
Unlike many LED bulbs, this one is advertised to be dimmable.
It features unknown-type phosphor warm white LEDs and a milky-white difused "top" like many incandescent floodlight bulbs have; the light is radiated in a 106° beam out of the "top" of the bulb.
The color is described on the packaging materials as "soft white" with a CRI of >90.
To the eye, the light does appear to be a slightly warmish-white -- it's actually remarkably close to the light produced by a 50-watt incandescent light bulb.

Note that I did not instruct you to smash the old bulb and then carefully sweep up the sharp little plastic bits and the base and have you dump the dustpan into the dustbin or empty it into the loo, hahaha!!!
This product is powered by mains ("house current"), not batteries.
So I do not have to tell you which part to remove, huck into a river boiling with hungry, hungry pirahnas or piddled-off caimans, and then rather emphatically tell you not to.
This bulb has a medium E-26 screw base, and screws directly into any American household lamp holder.
It feeds from 110 to 120 volts AC 60Hz -- which is the voltage and frequency used in north America.
Like I stated earlier, unlike many other LED retrofit light bulbs, this one is dimmable!
So you don't have to worry about this bulb breeding baby brown recluse spiders, crane fly maggots (larvae), or western tiger swallowtail caterpillars (larvae)...er...uh... I mean, STARTING AN UNWANTED FIRE!!!
Since this bulb was meant to be screwed in a light receptacle and not fv¢k€d with, I won't whap it against a steel rod or the concrete patio floor, try to drown it in a toilet bowl, stomp on it, run over it, or inflict other punishments upon it that might be inflicted upon regular flashlights. So this section will be rather short.
Handle it as you would an ordinary household light bulb, and it shouldn't give you any guff.
If you drop it, the plastic bulb (outer envelope) *COULD* become broken (but probably won't), just like a regular light bulb except that there's no vaccum (vacumn, vaccuummnne, vacuume, vacum, vacuum, etc.) to relieve, so it will likely not make that satisfying "POP!" sound that you hear when you drop a regular light bulb on the floor and it breaks.
If the outer plastic envelope should become busted or the top pops off and you can't find it, potentially hazardous voltages will be exposed (there are two metal prongs at the center of the PC board; they are connected directly to mains voltage -- I know this because I accidentally tripped the circuit breaker for my room when I attempted to measure the voltage across them and inadvertently shorted my meter test probes together!), so please throw it into the dustbin (garbage can) unless you use it in a fully-enclosed fixture (such as a porch light) and can say with absolute, positive, 100% certainty that fingers or paws cannot get to it.
If you indeed do that instead of discarding it, at least try to break off or sand the rest of the plastic so that you don't cut yourself while screwing it in.
This bulb is essentially "unbustable" though; I tried to break one to find out what was inside; even after a number of strong strikes against the corner of a brick wall, the blasted thing still wouldn't break!
Here's what happened when I attempted to smash one open and see what kind of LEDs and reflector are concealed within:
There ya go. I (failed to) bust one of these light bulbs strictly-dictly in the name of science! But I did get the top to pop off (I actually had to help it off) so that you can see the 12 high-powered SMD phosphor white LEDs and no reflector at all.
Bulb temperature is a bit of a worrisome little issue though.
After operating base-up for approx. one hour, temperature near the bottom of the bulb (where the screw base is located) was measured at 154.7°F (68.2°C). While this isn't hot enough to inflict an instant burn, electronics and LEDs generally don't like temperatures this warm for extended periods of time.
I remeasured the temperature after operating the bulb base-up for approx. two hours, temperature near the bottom of the bulb (where the screw base is located) was measured at 157.1°F (69.5°C); this would appear to indicate that the bulb has reached its maximum operational temperature regardless of how long it has been on.
Ambient temperature when this measurement was taken was 89.4°F (31.9°C).
I measured the temperature (AGAIN) after operating the bulb base-up for 3:05, temperature near the bottom of the bulb (where the screw base is located) was measured at 163°F (72.8°C)
Ambient temperature when this measurement was taken was 88.5°F (31.4°C).
This light bulb is rated to produce 540 lumens** of light (functionally equivalent to a 50-watt incandescent) while using just 6 watts and with a rated lifetime of 25,000 hours; color temperature is advertised as 2700K which is indeed a warm white color.
This bulb has an "off" resistance of 144kΩ (144,000 ohms).
I measured this strictly-dictly out of curiosity; the bulb that I accidentally fried shows a total open circuit in both directions when measured.
The cautions on the box indicate that this bulb is not to be used in totally enclosed fixtures and to avoid direct exposure to weather.
It also states that this bulb should not be used with emergency exit signs or fixtures.
In addition, the cautions indicate, "Not compatible with photo controls, occupancy sensors, or timing devices."
