LED ''OPEN'' SIGN
LED ''OPEN'' Sign, retail $11.00 (www.wish.com...)

This is an LED "OPEN" sign, designed to be hung or mounted in a retail store to indicate to your shoppers that your store is indeed OPEN for business.
It is designed to look like neon, but without the high voltage, high power consumption, fragile glass tubing, and the near-vaccum found in these tubes.
SIZE
Plug the cord from the sign into any free USB port on your Pee-Cee or Mac computer, or into an AC "wall wart" used for charging tablets and cellular telephone handsets. The sign will immediately blaze to life at this point
Hang or mount the sign so it will be readily visible to customers near your store.
This product is not battery-powered; so I do not need to tell you which part to remove, throw in the wastepaperbasket or flush away, and then tell you not to.
To supply power to the unit, just plug the white cord from the sign into any free USB port on your Pee-Cee or Mac computer, or into an AC "wall wart" DC power supply used for charging tablets and cellular telephone handsets.
There is no ON/OFF switch; the unit comes on as soon as you plug it up.
This is an electric "OPEN" sign, not a flashlight meant to be carried around, thrashed, trashed, and abused. So I won't throw it against the wall, stomp on it, try to drown it in the {vulgar term for feces}bowl or the cistern, run over it, swing it against the concrete floor of a patio, bash it open to check it for candiosity, fire it from the cannoñata (I guess I've been watching the TV program "Viva Piñata" too much again - candiosity is usually checked with a laser-type device on a platform with a large readout or with a handheld wand used by Langston Lickatoad), send it to the Daystrom Institute for additional analysis, or inflict upon it punishments that flashlights may have inflicted upon them.
So this section of its web page will be rather bare, when compared to this section of the web page on a page about a flashlight.
I believe this sign is intended for indoor installation only; it does not appear to be very weather-resistant, and it's level of water-resistance is rather minimal.
For the price, I think that the "neon-look" is done remarkably well.
The length of the product's power cord is a surprisingly generous 6' 4" (76 inches; 193.04 cm).
Photograph of the product - illuminated, of course.
Spectrographic analysis of the red LEDs in this sign.
Newer spectrometer software & settings used.
That "hump" in the blue is from the blue LEDs and may be safely disregarded.

Spectrometer's response narrowed to a band between 615nm and 635nm to pinpoint peak wavelength, which is 625.350nm.
