The Cheetah Rechargeable Stun Gun 10MV* w/ LED Light is exactly what you think it is based upon the product's name.
It is a flashlight that has a "shocking" secret: a powerful stun gun that can be used to neutralise an attacker.
The flashlight portion features a 5mm phosphor white LED; this is protected by a transparent, fairly thick plastic window.
The product comes in a plastic body.
According to the packaging materials, this is part number L-100 BLK.
The front of the box has the following text on it:
"HARNESS THE POWER OF THE CYCLONE IN YOUR HANDS!"

To use the Cheetah Rechargeable Stun Gun 10MV* w/ LED Light as a flashlight, look on the side of the product for a rectangular slider. Slide it to the center position to turn the flashlight on, and slide it backward (toward the bottom) to neutralise it.
To get the product to enter "stun gun" mode, slide the same switch to the topmost position; a red LED directly above this slide switch will turn on to indicate that the stun gun is armed.
To actuate the high-voltage "stun", press and hold the circular button above the slider for as long as you need the high voltage.
When finished using the stun gun to neutralise your attacker, slide the slide switch to the lowermost position and get on the blower to 911!
The battery inside the Cheetah Rechargeable Stun Gun 10MV* w/ LED Light is rechargeable, so I do not have to tell you which part to remove, gently use your foot to push it under the refrigerator with all of those hungry cockroaches that need to go poddy, and then rather emphatically tell you not to.
Extend the metal AC prongs from the body of the product by sliding that slider on the product's bottom, and plug the entire product into any common (in the US and Canada anyway) 110 volts to 130 volts AC 60Hz receptacle.
The red LED between the two switches on the side of the stun gun should now come on.
When this LED turns off, you may safely unplug the stun gun, retract the AC prongs back into the body of the product, and there, all done.
Short circuit current in the high voltage secondary circuit was measured at 126.40mA on my DMM's 200mA scale -- this is significantly higher than I expected to see!
From an expert who's work in electronics and photonics I implicitly trust comes this {no changes to grammar or syntax were made -- though none were really necessary to begin with}:
"Your finding is consistent with the high voltage generating circuit being of the flyback type. With that kind of circuit, output power is nearly constant as the load is varied over a wide range, although output watts decreases when loading gets close enough to being a short circuit."
This is a stun gun with inbuilt flashlight, not a standalone flashlight meant to be bashed, thrashed, trashed, and abused. So I won't throw it against the wall, stomp on it, try to drown it in the toilet bowl or cistern (toilet tank), run over it, swing it against the corner of a concrete stair, or inflict upon it punishments that flashlights may have inflicted upon them. So this section of the Cheetah Rechargeable Stun Gun 10MV* w/ LED Light's web page will seem a bit more bare than this section of the web page on a page about a flashlight.
Electricity and water seldom play well together anyway -- especially high voltage electricity that this product is designed to generate, so it would behoove you to keep it dry at all costs!!!
Spectrographic analysis of the LED in this stun gun/flashlight.
Spectrographic analysis of the LED in this stun gun/flashlight; spectrometer's response narrowed to a band between 435nm and 455nm to pinpoint native emission peak wavelength, which is 444.110nm.
Spectrographic analysis of the LED in this stun gun/flashlight; spectrometer's response narrowed to a band between 520nm and 540nm to pinpoint phosphor emission peak wavelength, which is 523.740nm.
The raw spectrometer data (tab-delimited that can be loaded into Excel) is at stun2.txt
Spectrographic analysis of the electric arc of this stun gun.
I allowed the spectrometer to operate at its widest range from 175nm in the UVC to 874nm in the NIR regions of the spectrum to capture as much of the arc's spectral content as I could with the instrument at my disposal. As you can see, there is output all the way down to 250nm and all the way up past 874nm.

Spectrographic analysis of the electric arc of this stun gun; spectrometer's response narrowed to a band bwtween 175nm and 380nm to show UV output. Spectrometer's input deliberately overloaded to show weaker UV emission.
A Farady cage would have been employed but I did not have the materials to construct one. However, the spectrometer is in a grounded metal body *AND* the E-field of the arc was relatively low (primarily because of the low voltage), so I really didn't need to construct a Farady cage for it.
A beam cross-sectional analysis would normally appear here, but the ProMetric System
that I used for that test was destroyed by lightning in mid-July 2013.
Video on YourTube allowing you to see and hear the arc from the stun setting.
TEST NOTES:
Test unit was purchased on Ebay on 02-06-21 and was received at 10:35am PST on 02-10-21.
* 10MV (10,000,000 volts) is just marketing horse puckey; the actual voltage (based upon arc length) is closer to 10KV (10,000 volts) -- perhaps 15KV maximum.
But 10,000 volts can still pack a whallop -- especially since there's (almost certainly) a capacitor of 100 to perhaps 200pF (picofarads) in capacitance connected directly across the high voltage probes.
